Real Estate Appraiser Assistant

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Real Estate Appraiser Assistant to be employed under a PERMANENT / FULL-TIME status in our company. The candidate will be trained and provided with necessary expertise and education within the company. The general qualifications and requirements are as follows:

❖ Possession of SPL Real Estate Appraisal License

❖ Holding a 1-year professional experience certificate from TDUB

❖ Graduation from departments such as Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, Real Estate Development and Management from universities

❖ Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in the field of Real Estate Appraisal

❖ Proficient in report writing

❖ Ability to adapt to work pace, experienced in process management, strong in analysis and research, open to learning

❖ Proficient in computer office applications and similar software packages

❖ Adherence to ethical rules of the sector, skilled in interpersonal relationships and communication

❖ Completion of military service for male candidates

❖ Holding a (B) class driver's license and capable of active vehicle operation
